Folks -
I put in a proposal for a WOO panel based on the discussions and Nithya did as well.  If anyone else on the list wants to create a panel from the suggestions that were posted on the Etherpad discussion, I encourage you to do so.

I provided some feedback on the Etherpad and added one more suggestion. I'm not sure if it's too late, but finally took some time away from snorkeling in Hawaii for this. Hope you don't mind.
