This is what I’m able to pull right now. The Travel Support Program (TSP) dates back to the Hong Kong Summit in 2013, but the records are buried at the moment. You can find some reporting at the bottom of the wiki: https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Travel_Support_Program
TSP Summit Awardees:
Paris - 13 male, 7 female
Atlanta - 20 male, 2 female
Vancouver - 21 male, 7 female
Tokyo - 12 male, 18 female
