Open Stack

As an IRC alternative, I'm happy to setup a multi-host recurring WebEx call with voice, chat, (optional) video and a recorded replay for folks who may not be available to attend, but want to listen to to call later.

I for one am unable to attend to anything that is over IRC during work hourw as IRC is blocked on my company network.  Voice is SO much corporate friendly.

There was a lot of comments on the ML on using Voice vs IRC for our meetings. I'm not sure whether the ML discussion reflects the preference for the people who are actively involved/or want to be actively involved  in this work group or not.  In order to be widely accessible, I'd like to propose that we start using IRC for our meetings (#openstack-meeting appears to be open at this time). If you want to propose a different approach, pls respond to the ML.

We had decided to meet bi-weekly and I will be sending out a meeting invitations for each of these meeting times.
Please come join and encourage others to as well!
