On a separate, but related note, the following statement sounds like it might imply that non-code contributors aren't necessarily considered 'role models in the community' or perhaps there could be a misunderstanding that their contributions aren't as valued as code contributions. Am I interpreting this incorrectly? If not, we should help emphasise the importance of all contribution types.

"I got a number of questions on how many of the women in OpenStack are developers contributing code.  They want role models in the community."

+1 to adding this to the agenda along with stats related to the various contribution types.
