<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">I want to take this opportunity to ask you to join me to show our gratitude for the great work done by Jon and Shilla as members of the User Committee. Jon has been member of the UC from its inception. He
has always been an active contributor of our community willing to help anyone who has been dealing with OpenStack. He is one of most experienced members in OpenStack Operations. I could not think of any OpenStack feature that Jon is not aware of. Thank you
for helping the users and operators community to gain more appreciation to this platform that we all love and sometimes hate for sure.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Shilla has given everything to our community. She has been always providing warm welcomes to anyone and help them to become active members of what we have today. Shilla is one of the key contributors fighting
and supporting changes on the OpenStack organization to benefit users and operators. She has promoted this community in so many ways that we could easily lost track of all of them.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
