[User-committee] [Product] Submitting PWG Bird of a Feather Session

Hey all -

I know it was a bit different in Barcelona, but things are back to 
normal this go round. BoF and Working Groups should be submitted through 
the normal CFP process. However, the submission process is limited to 
the folks that lead those groups. If you have further questions, don't 
hesitate to reach out to Erin Disney or myself.
