[User-committee] [Product] Transition to User Committee ML

Yay - welcome all Product-WG peeps :)

The Product-WG is going to play an important part at the Forum (Summit)
this year, looking forward to hearing more on this mailing list as this
progresses.

In fact, I'd go so far as to say this is going to be 'the year of the user!'

Hope everyone is doing well and feeling refreshed for 2017 :)
