Open Stack

Hello !

I am really sorry. I bootstrapped this work on the User Story about
identity federation but I have now no time to follow this patchset to
the merge. I was hoping in more community help.

The initial text was written on a Openstack etherpad, so the all text
does not come from me, that is why it is also difficult for me to
address the comments sometimes.

The best would be to find in Boston if there is a person interested in
leading this User Story proposal.
