Open Stack

Hi all,

Perhaps Saverio is short on bandwidth for following this up at the
moment. I think we should leave it for the moment and it can be
discussed in the Boston Open Research Cloud Federation meeting, if
necessary we may then find someone else to champion it, but in general
I think we do need to get a story or stories developed here.
