[User-committee] OpenStack Summit Barcelona- Now Accepting Working Group/BoF Submissions

Hi Erin - 

I second this suggestion, if there’s a possibility to attach an open area with seating and hot drinks to the WG/BoF sessions, I know we could make good use of the space.
