[User-committee] Discrimination and the Code of Conduct

Hello there, Lauren-

Thanks for the update! I'll have a chat with my boss next week to see if I
can carve some time out to drive this process. If I can't, I'll see if I
can track someone else down who'd be willing to take this on; It's too
important to allow it to fizzle.
