[User-committee] [apps] FirstApp Status and Owners

This is a great to see you provide leadership on this Craig. SDK
Developers are going to be a key audience (force-multiplier) to help grow
the AppDev community.

I'll go through the 1stApp spreadsheet and provide the contact
names/emails/handles I've hunted down via GitHub, thus far[1].

Other than contacting SDK developers to support them, is there an option to
see if we could get each of the SDK's tested against the Usability
framework which Intel setup for the AppDev APIs?

^^ Discussion starter: do you think that SDK developers might appreciate
being able to say their SDK is officially tested against NxOpenStack
Clouds? <-- Helping create the "trusted handshake" between 'OpenStack
clouds API providers' and the 'SDK developer consumers' might help provide
greater stability for an AppDev to write once and run on many clouds?

@ALL what other questions should we be asking SDK AppDev?

Kind Regards,

Flanders

[1]= @Craig, the task of updating the SDK/1stApp spreadsheet is one that
tends to require updating every month or so, it might be worth you taking
the lead to provide a coordinator role and assigning members of the
AppEcoWG to each own 2-3 SDK Developer contact details => relationships?
