Hiya,

Left a few comments on the recruitment screener.

I would be careful about focusing exclusively on private clouds because we have plenty of OpenStack public clouds.

Happy Friday! Sending a note to notify y'all that I've added some insight to the etherpad document which outlines the application developer interview:

Happy to have you weigh in, especially for recruitment criteria, so we are sure we talk to the right people. I also bolded several comments throughout the document that would benefit from your input.

My goal is to come to a consensus with the interview topics covered by the end of the day on Monday 7/20. I'll work on timing a mock session over the weekend to see if all questions can be feasibly covered in an hour.
