Open Stack

I personally think it is important to start leveraging the Operator
Summits for conducting user research.  A focus group session in the
evening with pizza and beverages might be a good start.

We also distributed a tablet with a short survey at the last event which
seemed to work well. Basically, people just passed the tablet around
during the sessions and completed the survey when they had time. It was
kind of cool thing to do and I actually managed to get the tablet back at
the end of the summit!
