Hi Shilla,

Thanks for putting this togather.

I didn't mark the latest (from a -0500 perspective) slots, but if we
considered alternating months for better global coverage they aren't
actually "impossible" for me.

Also what's the done thing for agenda setting? Should we have a wiki
page or etherpad or some other thing?
