[User-committee] Horizon Customization in User Survey

On the process side, someone usually starts a discussion like this here and people hash out what a new question might look like. We generally make updates to the survey a few months before the Summit, so we’d probably want to lock it down by July or so.

There’s usually a special focus section where we ask timely questions about particular projects (for instance nova-network vs neutron or docs, etc). Seems like this could be a good match for that in the next round.
