* The new "horizon::api_result_page_size" parameter has been added,
  to support the "API_RESULT_PAGE_SIZE" parameter.

* The "heat::dashboards::heat" class now supports the following two
  parameters.

  * "template_generator_api_timeout"

  * "template_generator_api_parallel"

* The new "horizon::syslog_facility" parameter has been added.


Bug Fixes
*********

* Fix HORIZON_IMAGES_UPLOAD_MODE in template file because the value
  must be encapsulated with quotes or it will be treated as an
  expression by horizon.
