* The following two new parameters have been added to the
  "barbican::api" class.

  * "max_limit_paging"

  * "default_limit_paging"

* The new "key_val_separator" attribute has been added to the
  "barbican_api_paste_ini" resource type.


Upgrade Notes
*************

* Default value of the "barbican::wsgi::apache::ssl" parameter will
  be changed from "true" to "false" in a future release. Make sure the
  parameter is set to the desired value.
