Upgrade Notes

* For Ubuntu Focal (20.04) with minor upgrade UCA repo will be
  added. Deployments using "distro" install method will result in
  major OpenStack version upgrade.


Bug Fixes
*********

* Fixed inconsistency in "haproxy_frontend_raw" key naming between
  documentation and service template. Previously, template generation
  was expecting "haproxy_raw" instead of the "haproxy_frontend_raw".

* Ubuntu Cloud Archive (UCA) repo has not been added properly for
  Ubuntu 20.04 setups.
