Bug Fixes

* A bug has been fixed in the node update code that could cause the
  nodes to become not updatable if their driver is no longer
  available.

* Fixes an issue where the master instance image cache could not be
  disabled. The configuration option "[pxe]/instance_master_path" may
  now be set to the empty string to disable the cache.

* Fixes an issue where the master TFTP image cache could not be
  disbled. The configuration option "[pxe]/tftp_master_path" may now
  be set to the empty string to disable the cache. For more
  information, see story 2004608
  (https://storyboard.openstack.org/#!/story/2004608).

* Fixes a bug where ironic port is not updated in node introspection
  as per PXE enabled setting for "idrac" hardware type. See bug
  2004340 (https://storyboard.openstack.org/#!/story/2004340) for
  details.
