The 9.0.1 release is an intermediary Pike release; it should be used
instead of the intermediary 9.0.0 release, since 9.0.1 passes all the
ironic CI tests.


Upgrade Notes

* Adds '9.0' and 'pike' as choices for the configuration option
  [default]/pin_release_version. This addresses failures with the unit
  and grenade tests.
