Hi Regional Meeting attendees,

We will find out time preferences for our two sessions at Barcelona
summit during the Regional Meeting.  If you plan to attend the summit,
please indicate your preferences during the meeting.

  Our two sessions:
    1) BoF session (40 min)
    2) Working team session (Half Day)

  Possible dates:
    10/25(Tue), 10/26(Wed), or 10/27(Thu) (AM or PM)
