[Product] Update on midcycle Product WBG meeting poll

I am concerned about the way we tend to schedule so many of these events in Silicon Valley… it seems rather presumptuous/arrogant, even though it may be practical. How would people feel about us hosting this in Dallas (actually Richardson), TX?
