<p dir="ltr">It's essentially the equivalent of Amazon VPC: <a href="https://aws.amazon.com/vpc/">https://aws.amazon.com/vpc/</a></p>
<p dir="ltr">It allows tenants to create virtual networks and attach VMs to these networks without worrying about the details of how their traffic is actually carried across the operator's physical network.</p>
