in Aodh CLI, when create a threshold alarm, the -m/--meter-name must be
required.</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">        But,
if the user is not familiar with ceilometer or aodh, the user is not sure
what value should give to -m/--meter-name.</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">        So
the command "aodh meter list", I think, is needed.</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">        I
create a bp[1], to migrate "meter-list" command from ceilometer
CLI to Aodh CLI.</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">        Is
there any suggestion for this bp? or is the bp necessary?</font>
