I am new to OpenStack and will like to work on the openstack- neutron project as my participation in the Outreachy internship program. I have joined the IRC for the project but I only see users signing in and out. Can anyone please provide me some tips to enable me to properly join the #openstack-neutron channel on IRC and start communicating with mentors and other contributors?<br>
