<div>When block_migrate an instance that has LVM cinder volumes, it fails in the pre-migrate check with "Disk of instance is too large".</div>

<div>Cinder volumes that are provided via iscsi to the compute node should be excluded from that diskspace calculation.</div>


<div>Before Juno, this worked; they got included with 5fa74bc0b2ab6fe<wbr>5149a9b684b4bea<wbr>db67877622 (Adds ephemeral storage encryption for LVM back-end images ).</div>
