<div dir="ltr"><span style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:12.8000001907349px">Hi all,</span><div style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:12.8000001907349px"><br></div><div style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:12.8000001907349px">I wanted to get verification that my instincts about the following packages are correct:</div><div style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:12.8000001907349px"><ul><li style="margin-left:15px"><a href="https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/python-django-nova" target="_blank">python-django-nova</a> should be removed in favor of <a href="https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/horizon" target="_blank">horizon</a>, as the latter now forms a reference implementation for an OpenStack dashboard</li><li style="margin-left:15px"><a href="https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/python-openstack-compute" target="_blank">python-openstack-compute</a> should be removed in favor of <a href="https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/python-novaclient" target="_blank">python-novaclient</a>, as the former hasn't been touched upstream since 2011, and the latter seems to serve the same purpose</li></ul><div>These both are neglected, old packages in Ubuntu, so I want to make sure that I would not be erring in requesting their removal.</div></div><div style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:12.8000001907349px"><br></div><div style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:12.8000001907349px">Thanks,</div><div style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:12.8000001907349px">Logan Rosen</div></div>
