<div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_quote"><div dir="ltr">Greetings,<div><br></div><div>I was trying to install nova compute manually as per the documentation given in: <b><a href="http://docs.openstack.org/juno/config-reference/content/hyper-v-virtualization-platform.html" target="_blank">http://docs.openstack.org/juno/config-reference/content/hyper-v-virtualization-platform.html</a> .</b></div><div><br></div><div>As suggested in the document I have tried to use both the option of Mingw and Visual Studio, on both the instances compilation of POSIX_IPC fails.</div><div> <br clear="all"><div>As mentioned in the document I followed the steps:</div><div>1. Install python 32 bit and all the pre-requisites as mentioned.</div><div>2. Installed git.</div><div>3. Installed MingW (Modified distutils.cfg to point mingw32 compiler)</div><div>2. Git clone of nova-master</div><div>4.
