The dashboard doesn't keep its own database, it only talks to the other<br>
services using their APIs so it shouldn't be able to get out of sync.<br>
<br>
Perhaps double-check that you're using the same tenant on the<br>
command-line (from your rc file, probably the OS_TENANT_NAME environment<br>
variable) and when on the dashboard (the name should be indicated in the<br>
top bar)?<br>

Where do you see the error 404, what's the traceback? You shouldn't be<br>
able to select a key pair you don't have access to at all from the<br>
dashboard, so it shouldn't even show you a 404 and simply launch the<br>
instance with no key pair...<br>
