<p class="MsoNormal">I have a three node Havana setup of openstack. Whenever I launch an instance and terminate it, the load on the CPU increases drastically.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I have checked using the TOP command and found some qemu-nbd processes eating away the CPU time.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I have to manually terminate them. What is the cause of this issue ?<o:p></o:p></p>
