you can check it, but it seems that this function will not be accepted for the coming release.</p>

We are working on OpenStack deployment inside my company. We need a QoS solution to control the quality of network traffic between VMs and network nodes. But it seems to be the missing feature on Havana release, doesn't it? So, is there any alternative or work-around solution for our problem?</div>
