Saltstack is an Infrastructure management system(Similar to puppet, juju etc) . We deploy cluster using what are called salt formulas. Follow

The latest version of the formulas has the following features.<br>

1. Simplified method for adding nodes. <br>

2. Simplified method for updating config files.<br>

3. Auto network configuration.<br>

The formulas allow you to maintain your cluster as a text/json file, so that you change the cluster by just editing one file rather than manually changing configuration in each host machine.<br>

<br>

Saltstack also allows you to version your formulas so you can better maintain your infrastructure and at anytime choose to rollback.<br>
