<div dir="ltr">Hi.<div><br></div><div>I'm a new of OpenStack and getting started learning it.</div><div><br></div><div>I've been reading several documents, e.g., installation guide, administrator guide, etc, and I finally have doubts about how OpenStack could be scalable.</div>
<div><br></div><div>According to the architecture design, like <a href="http://docs.openstack.org/security-guide/content/figures/8/static/1aa-network-domains-diagram.png">http://docs.openstack.org/security-guide/content/figures/8/static/1aa-network-domains-diagram.png</a>, Network Node seems that it must be accessed before communicating to external network. </div>
<div><br></div><div>It means that the Network Node seems having a role for forwarding and even routing packets so that the centralized design would cause congestion problem. If every data packets must pass through the Network Node, I think it is not reasonable design from the point of view of networking.</div>
<div><br></div><div>My questions are;</div><div><br></div><div>1. Could multiple Network Nodes be set up in order to decentralize the traffic and avoid congestion?</div><div><br></div><div>2. If I misunderstood about the concept of Network Node, would you explain about it in detail?</div>
<div><br></div><div>Thank you in advance!</div><div><br></div><div>Best regards</div><div><br></div><div>Byeong-Gi KIM</div></div>
