<div dir="ltr"><div><div>Hello ,<br><br></div>Which operating system is it , if ubuntu you would need initramfs-growroot , so that it allocates the root space at the time of boot . Same would be for another os also but you need to check the package name.<br>

Hi all,<br>
i have deploy one instance and used flavor that have 20G Disk with
ephermal 10G<br>
when instance up, i check with df -h command, and it show like this
(LVM)<br>
<b>Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on</b><b><br>
</b><b>/dev/mapper/VolGroup-lv_root</b><b><br>
</b><b> 2.5G 1.7G 753M 70% /</b><b><br>
</b><b>tmpfs 499M 0 499M 0% /dev/shm</b><b><br>
</b><b>/dev/vda1 485M 33M 427M 8% /boot</b><br>

The size is just 2.5G <br>
<br>
when i check with #fdisk -l<br>
it show actual value of flavor<br>
<b>Disk /dev/vda: 21.5 GB, 21474836480 bytes</b><br>
<br>
how can this happen? it happen to instance with no LVM on it too.<br>
