</div>No, Quantum still uses root_helper and has not transitioned to using<br>
rootwrap_config yet.<br>

Looking at the code, the message seems to point to configuration<br>
sections. The [DEFAULT] root_helper configuration option is now<br>
deprecated, it needs to be specified in the [AGENT] section of quantum.conf.<br>
