<DIV>In folsom, I do steps as below, the in_use value of admin tenant become to 


negative.</DIV>


<DIV>steps:</DIV>


<DIV>1、delete all instances of admin user</DIV>


<DIV>2、create an instance by using demo user(or other tenant BUT NOT 


admin)</DIV>


<DIV>3、delete this instance by using admin user</DIV>


<DIV>then the in_use value become to negative like below, BUT the in_use value 


of demo user does NOT downsize to zero!</DIV>


<DIV>is this a bug or there are some other considerations?</DIV>
