Stackato from ActiveState supports PHP <u>and</u> includes a
persistent file system as a service - a service that does not come
with other cloud foundry based PaaSes. You can test your
applications on our Public Stackato OpenStack Sandbox running on
HPCloud (instructions here:
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://docs.stackato.com/server/hpcs.html">http://docs.stackato.com/server/hpcs.html</a>) or deploy it yourself
on your own OpenStack implementation (instructions here:
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://www.activestate.com/stackato/download_vm">http://www.activestate.com/stackato/download_vm</a>). <br>

If you have any further questions, you can go on our irc channel
