I would suggest making it OpenStack-specific, since there was an "HPC in the Cloud" BoF last year (<a href="http://sc11.supercomputing.org/schedule/event_detail.php?evid=bof140">http://sc11.supercomputing.org/schedule/event_detail.php?evid=bof140</a>), and they'll probably re-apply this year as well.
