I did a quick test in Essex . <div>The process almost same as before(Cactus/Diablo)</div><div><br></div><div>1. Manage Quota for a specified "Tenant" from nova-manage . </div><div>2. Manage Default Quota parameters from nova.conf with several flags</div>
