Hello all!<br><br>Just a quick note that the Quantum Diablo release is out and available. <br><br>Code and Docs are available at: <a href="http://wiki.openstack.org/Quantum">http://wiki.openstack.org/Quantum</a><br><br>We waited a couple days for a broader announcement so that we could get a first draft of our "Administrator Guide" complete.  Feedback is welcome!<br>
