Hi Nithish,

That part is verified. Below is the snippet of the rc file

export OS_USERNAME=admin
 export OS_PASSWORD=ADMIN_PASS
  export OS_PROJECT_NAME=admin
  export OS_USER_DOMAIN_NAME=Default
  export OS_PROJECT_DOMAIN_NAME=Default
  export OS_AUTH_URL=http://controller:35357/v3
  export OS_IDENTITY_API_VERSION=3

[root at controller~]# openstack domain create --description "Default Domain"
default
Failed to discover available identity versions when contacting
http://controller:35357/v3/. Attempting to parse version from URL.
Bad Request (HTTP 400)
