[Openstack] Deployment for production

Hi Satish,

I believe RDO is not meant to be for production. I prefer to use the
original upstream project "TripleO" as they have better documentation.

Other production grade deployment tools are:
Fuel:

fuel-install-guide.html
Support CentOS and Ubuntu as hosts.

Charm:
https://docs.openstack.org/developer/charm-guide/
Support Ubuntu only.
