[Openstack] [Fuel] Unable to provision Compute node

Hi,

There is a parameter reboot_timeout in /etc/astute/astuted.conf file on
Fuel node.
But there were some changes in provisioning process in latest versions, so
I'm not 100% sure that it will help.
