Open Stack

Now I can see why. With debug enabled, the logs explained everything,

Debug: Executing: '/usr/bin/yum -d 0 -e 0 -y install
openstack-gnocchi-indexer-sqlalchemy'

Looks like I have a slow internet connection, and packstack installed
only one package at once, which further slows down the installation
