[Openstack] keystone-manage error - Devstack Mitaka

Thanks, it worked.

It's strange because yesterday I tried all the steps in a VM downloading
https://github.com/openstack-dev/devstack.git
I've checked the branch and it was the master one.
Than I did git checkout -b stable/mitaka
and I had no problem (except the openstacksdk version that was 0.8.11 and I
changed to 0.9.12).
