[Openstack] Multi-Node devstack /liberty setup link

you can use liberty with RDO, 

follow the steps at the RDO site but in case here they are. 

LANG=en_US.utf-8
LC_ALL=en_US.utf-8
If your system meets all the prerequisites mentioned below, proceed with running the following commands:
$ sudo yum install -y https://www.rdoproject.org/repos/rdo-release.rpm
$ sudo yum update -y
$ sudo yum install -y openstack-packstack
$ packstack --allinone


They you have a working all in one OpenStack.
