[Openstack] LINUX BRIDGE FLAT NETWORK NO DHCP INTO NAMESPACE

Hello,

I'm not an expert in Linuxbridge but AFAIK tap interface created for
dhcp server should be putted in qdhcp-XXX namespace and it should be in
network's bridge. There should be no difference from config ports for
vms except that VM's tap is connected to virtual machine and DHCP's tap
is in namespace on host.
