Hi,

I am trying to understand the effect of the variables `path_mtu` and
`segment_mtu` of `ml2_conf.ini`.

- Is it necessary to set values for those two variables?
- What does neutron do with the values for those variables?
- According to the documentation, a value of <= 0 means that the
(path|segment)_mtu values are indeterminate. What does neutron do in
this case?
