Open Stack

This is how it goes with IRC.  You will see people come and go.

But once in a while you will see conversation going on. Or you will have to initiate some kind of question and see who will join.  Some people use an IRC proxy and will appear to be online all the time.

There will be more conversation going on when the weekly Neutron meeting is held.

Welcome to the community.  I wish I can join the Outreachy Internship program also.

I am new to OpenStack and will like to work on the openstack- neutron project as my participation in the Outreachy internship program. I have joined the IRC for the project but I only see users signing in and out. Can anyone please provide me some tips to enable me to properly join the #openstack-neutron channel on IRC and start communicating with mentors and other contributors?
